In the case of a shipping error on our part, we will ship out the correct items to you at no additional charge. Please notify us of errors, shortages, or any other issues regarding your order within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for returned items. When making returns, please include account number, return authorization number, as well as your return address and contact information. Credit or replacement of returned goods will be made upon receipt.
For manufacturer warranty issues: If the life of your purchase does not match that of the manufacturer's covered by warranty, please contact us and we will be happy to handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer for you (sorry, travel/freight cost to return can not be reimbursed).
